PRODUCTS INFORMATION
Where are Cedarz products made?
All Cedarz products are handcrafted in Quebec, Canada, using carefully selected natural ingredients. Our small-batch process ensures high quality, freshness, and consistency.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. Every product at Cedarz is made using natural ingredients only, including shea butter, essential oils, plant-based extracts, and botanical infusions. We do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formulations are gentle, free from common irritants, and suitable for dry, sensitive, and acne-prone skin types. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list and performing a patch test before full use.
How long do your products last?
Most Cedarz products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months after opening. As we use no synthetic preservatives, we recommend using them within this period for best results.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Our products are formulated using sustainable ingredients and packaged with minimal, eco-conscious materials. We strive to reduce waste and support environmentally responsible practices in every part of our process.
Can I use your products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Our products are made with natural ingredients, but we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any skincare products during pregnancy or while nursing.
Are your soaps safe for the face as well as the body?
Yes. Many of our natural soaps are gentle enough to be used on both the face and body, especially options like Goat Milk & Lavender or Turmeric & Frankincense. For sensitive facial skin, always patch test first.
Will your lip balms leave a waxy or greasy residue?
Not at all. Our lip balms are formulated to absorb quickly and comfortably, leaving your lips soft and hydrated without a heavy or greasy feel.
Do your body butters work for very dry or cracked skin?
Yes. Our body butters, especially the Shea, Almond & Vitamin E blend, are designed to deeply moisturize and help restore skin affected by dryness, flaking, or cracking. They’re excellent for elbows, knees, and rough patches.
Are the body butters scented?
We use natural essential oils like lavender, coconut, and citrus to provide light, natural scents. We do not use artificial fragrances or perfumes.

SHIPPING & RETURN
How long does shipping take?
Shipping: 4-5 business days
What are your shipping options?
Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 6 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns in the case of:
- Incorrect product delivered
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact our customer support team within 6 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at info@cedarz.ca with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product received
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Products ordered in error
- Change of mind

How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
What types of Payment do you accept?
We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard And PayPal.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving that item in original condition and we'll work it out with you.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
