Refund policy

At Cedarz, we take great care in handcrafting and packaging our products. As all items are made with natural ingredients and intended for personal care, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the case of:

  • Incorrect product delivered

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact our customer support team within 6 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at info@cedarz.ca with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product received
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products ordered in error
  • Change of mind

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
